About Us:

Fasig Brooks Law Offices is a leading personal injury law firm with offices across North Florida dedicated to fighting for justice on behalf of our clients. We are committed to advocating for our clients with compassion and expertise. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Pensacola office. Additionally, this position will provide in-office support to our marketing department, which is located in our Tallahassee office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys handling logistics, and has a passion for community engagement and networking.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and organization.
  • Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and other operational needs.
  • Serve as the primary contact for vendors, IT support, building management, and service providers.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, staff events, and firm-wide communications.
  • Assist attorneys and staff with administrative needs, including document management and client communications.
  • Ensure that all office equipment (printers, phones, computers, etc.) is functioning properly and coordinate repairs when necessary.
  • Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with firm guidelines.

Marketing & Community Engagement:

  • Act as the local marketing liaison to the firm’s main office, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Provide on-the-ground support for firm-sponsored events, community outreach programs, and networking opportunities.
  • Coordinate local sponsorships, partnerships, and advertising initiatives.
  • Assist in gathering and creating social media content, including photos, videos, and client testimonials.
  • Distribute marketing materials, promotional items, and firm-branded assets as needed.
  • Track and report on marketing activities, providing feedback and insights to the main marketing team.
  • Support website updates, email campaigns, and other digital marketing efforts as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Experience in marketing, event coordination, or community engagement is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with case management software (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and basic content creation.
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and take initiative.
  • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus.
