Oaklands Global are excited to partner with a prestigious boutique investment bank that is expanding its Industrials group in Atlanta. Our client is actively seeking talented professionals at the Associates level (or Senior Analyst), who have a strong track record of closed M&A transactions within relevant sectors.

With a unique global perspective and robust cross-border capabilities, they are strategically positioned to identify and execute opportunities across multiple regions, delivering exceptional value to their clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior bankers in sourcing potential acquisition targets and draft LOIs with target companies.
• Performing extensive valuation, due-diligence, and pricing analyses as well as financial modelling.
• Frequent meetings with prospective targets, clients, senior bankers, and other transaction advisors.
• Coordination of transaction processes, including capital raises and advisory transactions.
• Preparation of proposals, transaction marketing.
• Organize and participate in marketing and client meetings.

Qualifications

• 1+ years M&A experience at a leading Investment Bank.
• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics from a top tier school.
• Previous experience leading and managing projects.
• Excellent organizational, execution and time management skills.
• Team player with competitive drive.
• Strong communication and presentation skills and able to work with tight deadlines.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Proven quantitative and technical skills Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• FINRA Series 63 and 79 registrations.
