Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Administrative Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in office administration. The successful candidate will support daily office operations, assist with clerical tasks, and ensure smooth communication within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
  • 0-2 years of administrative or office experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
  • Experience with scheduling tools or CRM software
  • Basic knowledge of office procedures and practices
