Job description:

We do this by communicating a focused point of view to create unique Client experiences, that we then execute flawlessly.
• The Retail Merchandising - WW Visual Merchandising Program Manager is responsible for program management and communication of all NPI, Campaign and Programs across hero products, accessories and services. We are seeking a highly detailed and passionate individual with a track record for working cross-functionally to meet key milestones and deliverables.
Key Qualifications:
• Develop and oversee merchandising plans and readiness for product launches, campaign moments, and store resets.
• Determine and brief immersive customer experience requirements including signage, digital and interactive content, product displays and fixtures.
• Lead partnership and process improvement with cross-functional teams across Retail and Client, Inc. Present regularly to leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Communicate strategy on a regular basis to leadership and field organization.
• Create efficiencies with existing processes, improving internal and external ways of working across cross-functional work streams.

Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or related degree preferred) or industry equivalent experience.
