Talent Manager

Role Overview:

This Business Development/ Talent Manager is responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives while actively identifying and placing top-tier administrative and customer support professionals within contract roles. This role blends high-impact client relationship management, recruitment expertise, and marketing strategies to deliver value to clients and ensure seamless engagements between companies and talent.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

  1. Build, cultivate, and manage relationships with new and existing clients across industries to establish a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
  2. Leverage Robert Half’s CORE 4 principles—Match, Communication, Speed, Choice—to strengthen client retention and repeat business in the CFA vertical.
  3. Negotiate and manage client contracts, ensuring compliance with Robert Half's fee structures for contract placements, conversions, and temp-to-hire models.
  4. Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities within Core Business lines, collaborating with other divisions to meet client needs.
  5. Ensure proper documentation of all transactional details, including contract terms, conversion records, and conversion rates, to support billing accuracy and financial reporting.

Talent Sourcing & Placement:

  1. Source and assess senior level administrative professionals for contract roles through networking, referrals, job boards, and industry events.
  2. Utilize advanced tools and databases to match candidate qualifications with client requirements, ensuring a high success rate in placements.
  3. Guide candidates throughout the placement lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to successful contract-to-perm conversions.
  4. Maintain up-to-date records on contractor performance and monitor conversion potential for talent transitioning to permanent roles.

Marketing & Branding:

  1. Develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives to promote Robert Half’s Administrative and Customer Support services to clients and candidates.
  2. Create content strategies, leveraging both digital and traditional marketing channels, to elevate the division’s visibility and brand credibility.
  3. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign metrics to assess ROI and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.
  4. Represent Robert Half at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, showcasing our expertise in administrative and HR placements.

Operational Efficiency & Collaboration:

  1. Partner with leadership and the sales team to align efforts, ensuring cohesive strategies for achieving revenue goals and performance benchmarks.
  2. Utilize corporate resources, such as the Corporate Contact List and Corporate Communications, to streamline operations and support consistency across districts.
  3. Adhere to core hours while managing priorities and adhering to activity targets to drive consistent productivity.

Performance Metrics:

  1. Client Growth: Increase client acquisition and retention rates through consistent outreach and business development strategies.
  2. Placement Success: Achieve or exceed placement ratios and conversion rates to drive revenue growth.
  3. Marketing ROI: Analyze campaign outcomes to ensure efforts are delivering new leads, client partnerships, and talent acquisition.
  4. Compliance: Ensure all contracts, billing structures, and conversion records are in alignment with Robert Half’s standards.
