Position Summary

As an Under Armour Rookie you’ll be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact. Throughout the 12 weeks you’ll work one-on-one with a mentor and have access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with our executives and professional development opportunities with our talent advisors. With our focus on cross-functional collaboration and global mindset, as a Rookie, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself.

Placement Area

Footwear Design
Footwear Design Rookies support the creation of innovating and industry leading footwear product while offering with a creative and current design vision. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Footwear, Industrial, Apparel, Hardgoods, Graphic, or Illustration Design.

Apparel Design
Apparel Design Rookies support bringing the vision of the Brand to life through innovative, trend-right and Brand-right designs that are cutting-edge and fresh. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Fashion, Apparel, Softgoods, Graphic, & Illustration.

Accessories Design
Accessories Design Rookies support the creation of innovative and industry-leading accessories while offering a fresh and creative design perspective. This opportunity is ideal for students pursuing majors such as: Product or Industrial Design, Hardgoods or Graphic Design.

Graphics
Graphics/Product Creative Rookies contribute to the development of cutting-edge designs across apparel, footwear, and accessories, bringing a bold and imaginative vision to each product. This opportunity is perfect for students studying majors such as: Graphic Design, Product Design, Apparel Design, Footwear Design, or Accessories Design.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program (expected graduation between December 2026 - July 2027), or a recent graduate with relevant experience.
• Submit portfolio link or examples of work to be considered. 

Workplace Location

• Baltimore, MD headquarters office (Footwear design opportunities may be based in our Portland, OR office)
• Relocation assistance provided.
• Hybrid or fully in-office work schedule. 

Hiring Process
