Key Responsibilities

• Lead 1–2 person field crews on a variety of projects: Boundary, Topographic, ALTA, Construction Staking, and more
• Interpret plans, legal documents, and staking reports with clarity and confidence
• Ensure accurate and timely data collection using Trimble equipment and internal software systems
• Train and mentor junior crew members, promoting high standards of quality and professionalism
• Maintain thorough field notes and communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and internal teams

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of land surveying field experience (leadership experience preferred)
• Proficient with Trimble equipment and Trimble Access workflows
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions and lift 50+ lbs
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset

Preferred Experience

• Experience with boundary, topographic, ALTA surveys, and/or construction layout/site work
• Familiarity with Trimble surveying equipment
• Experience operating drones for surveying or reality capture; FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification is a plus
