Position Background :
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Property Coordinator for Class A lab/office properties in Palo Alto and San Mateo, CA. This role, ideal for someone with experience or a strong interest in the commercial real estate industry and will report directly to our Property Manager. You will be based in our Redwood City office and will visit the properties in Palo Alto and San Mateo as needed.
This is a dynamic role that will work closely with the firm’s property management and Elevate
teams daily. The position provides exposure to a full spectrum of duties. As such, the position demands a dedicated individual with excellent attention to detail, facility with numbers, good people skills and the ability to prioritize, multi-task, work independently and solve problems.
