✈ Travel: ~20% (Field Support)

We are seeking a Project Coordinator III with proven experience supporting liquid or natural gas pipeline projects . This role focuses on coordinating construction, maintenance, material delivery, and field activities — ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering, operations, and contractors.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Support field execution, outage planning, and material coordination
• Manage project schedules, critical milestones, and documentation
• Lead project meetings, track action items, and maintain project records
• Ensure contractor safety compliance and manage as-built documentation
• Provide hands-on support for construction and pipeline maintenance activities

✅ Requirements:

• 5–10 years project coordination experience in liquid pipeline projects
• Field engineering or construction coordination background
• Strong skills in MS Office, documentation control, and project tracking
• Willingness to travel 20% for fieldwork

🎯 Preferred:

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with pipeline maintenance coordination
• Engineering background preferred
