Job Description

Program Manager – Hybrid – Houston, TX

📦 Oversee a Portfolio of 10 Emerging Tech Products

🧠 Blend Administrative Precision with Technical Fluency

🚀 Collaborate with AWS, Engineers & Execs to Deliver Fast

🏢 Hybrid Role – 2–3 Days a Week in Houston HQ

We’re moving fast and building smarter. We're seeking a Program Manager who can bring structure to scale—someone who thrives in high-stakes environments, drives execution across multiple product teams, and understands the technical language of cloud-based innovation. If you’re proactive, calm under pressure, and energized by complexity, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and orchestrate the delivery of 10+ new products in development, ensuring cross-functional alignment, clear timelines, and measurable progress.
  • Serve as the central point of contact across engineering, product, commercial, and executive leadership—keeping stakeholders informed and accountable.
  • Own the administrative engine of the program: calendars, dashboards, budgets, project plans, and risk logs.
  • Be proactive—identify issues before they surface, solve blockers quickly, and push forward without waiting for permission.
  • Coordinate directly with AWS Customer Solutions Managers and internal cloud architects—comfortable talking cloud-native tooling, architecture, and integration roadmaps.
  • Prepare for and present in steering committee meetings—you’ll be the voice of the program, with crisp updates and defensible insights.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or Technical Project Manager, preferably in a tech-forward or industrial setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of AWS services and cloud workflows—you’re not a solutions architect, but you know how to talk the talk.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple parallel projects or products—this is not a single-track role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills—think dashboards, not spreadsheets.
  • High aptitude and even higher ceiling—you’re intellectually curious, and you don’t stop at “good enough.”
  • Ability to work 2–3 days per week from our Houston, TX headquarters.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have worked on digital transformation initiatives in energy, industrial automation, or manufacturing.
  • Are confident with tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or other program management platforms.
  • Have supported or run steering committees, investor updates, or high-level governance meetings.
  • Bring a “get it done” attitude with a sense of urgency and ownership.
