We are hiring a Senior Photo Editor with agency experience to join our team. The Senior Photo Editor’s primary responsibility is leading and managing all photo shoots for multiple publications throughout the year. With more than 120 custom shoots annually, the Senior Photo Editor must be masterfully organized, personable, and self-reliant. Responsibilities include managing various client budgets with an expectation of projects coming in on-budget and on-time, facilitating all invoicing related to the photo shoots, managing production and talent contracts/usage and familiarity with Adobe creative suite applications. This role plays a key part in optimizing operational processes for greater efficiency.
The annual salary range for this role is $85k-$100k in base pay, exclusive of any bonuses or benefits, and the base pay offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis based on experience, skills, training, certifications, education, etc., and will be informed by market data. Benefits include options for healthcare plans, paid time off and parental leave, plus a 401(k) match. This role can be based (hybrid) in our Chicago, D.C. or NYC office, and reports to the SVP, Head of Production.
