Job Description: Package Test Technician

Keystone Package Testing, a regulatory compliance test lab located in New Castle, PA, is currently seeking candidates for a Package Test Technician position. The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent character, and a commitment to producing high-quality work. We are looking for someone who can work independently, is self-motivated, and can manage their time effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

· Testing activity includes but is not limited to placing items on shakers, drop testers, in thermal chambers and a multitude of other test equipment.

· Conduct package testing procedures on products to ensure they meet the quality standards.

· Identify and address package design issues.

· Maintain accurate and detailed records of testing procedures and results.

· Assist with the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.

· Stay up to date with industry standards and regulations related to package testing.

Qualifications:

· Be as comfortable working with tools as working on a keyboard.

· Perform assigned tasks with a high level of attention to detail and quality.

· Follow all company policies and procedures.

· Experience with Microsoft Office products.

· Ability to lift and handle equipment weighing up to 75 lbs.

· Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods while conducting tests.

· Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer. Citizenship must permit compliance with the requirements of ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations).
