Office Operations Manager

Location: Houston, TX

Type: Full-time | On-site

Experience Level: Mid-Senior

We’re looking for an experienced Office Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day office functions and help maintain seamless operations that allow our technical teams to thrive.

Responsibilities

- Act as a vital link between departments, clients, and vendors

- Manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and deadlines

- Provide leadership to administrative staff for top-notch service delivery

- Organize project workflows, including document management and resource scheduling

- Monitor operational metrics, assist with budgeting, and reporting

- Implement and enforce office policies, procedures, and compliance standards

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in office or operations management, preferably in a technical or professional services firm
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP or project management software is a plus
  • A calm, solutions-oriented mindset — you keep things moving even when it gets busy
