· Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and the Internet (preferred)
· Must be able to manage high call/email volume and produce accurate revised documents in an expedited fashion.
· Communicate and collaborate with team members within the company to ensure cohesive teamwork.
· Follow up with clients post trip to ensure satisfaction in a professional and timely manner.
· Adapts well to frequent changes, delays, and/or unexpected events.
· Enter trip and client information into computer systems and complete paperwork accurately in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
· Graduate or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
· 1+ years coordinator experience (preferred).
