The ideal candidate will:

  • Show exceptional analytical acuity, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in drafting and reviewing transactional documents.
  • Demonstrate the ability to conduct thorough legal research and provide sound legal advice.
  • Draft motions, prepare discovery, and conduct depositions.
  • Develop litigation strategies and execute comprehensive case plans.
  • Represent clients in court with confidence and poise, exhibiting exceptional communication skills.
  • Negotiate settlements that align with client's best interests.
  • Lead and manage a team of paralegals and clerks, maintaining an environment of excellence and continuous growth.

The following are the requirements for this role:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active member in good standing of the California State Bar
  • 1+ years of civil litigation experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Compensation:

Our firm offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary rate ranging from $120,000-$180,000 depending on the attorney level, experience, education, and potential for growth and advancement.
