Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for an IT Project Coordinator to support a variety of different projects in the Seattle area!

Must Have Qualifications

• Work Experience: 2 – 4 years of progressive, relevant experience in an IT Project Coordinator role. Experience coordinating moderately complex IT projects from beginning to end, assisting with the coordination of budget, scope, and schedule.
• Proficient understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and practices.
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.).

Job Responsibilities

• Project Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Generate regular and accurate progress reports, milestone updates, and project status documentation for transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Planning and Execution: Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Coordinate project activities, track progress, and manage project risks and issues.
• Project Team Support: Provide comprehensive support to the project team by coordinating tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring smooth collaboration among team members. Act as a liaison between team members, stakeholders, and project leadership, fostering a cohesive and supportive environment for successful project delivery.
• Stakeholder Management and Communications: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, sponsors, accountable leaders, resource managers, external partners, and team members. Manage expectations, solve problems, escalate issues, and drive decisions. Create and help execute comprehensive change management strategies and communication plans.
• Budget Tracking: Track project budget, spending, and reforecast spending regularly throughout the project lifecycle.

Compensation :

$35/hr to $45/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
