With the support of more than 30,000 team members, we promote a forward-thinking philosophy that's built on a foundation of trust, dignity, respect, responsibility and clinical excellence. **Inclusion and Belonging Specialist Summary** : + Responsible for the identification, coordination, and implementation of inclusion and belonging (I&B) strategies that focus on advancing a culture of inclusion across the BayCare Health System. + Develops impactful initiatives that support I&B principles and evaluates their effectiveness in key areas such as training and education, inclusive leadership, and organizational cultural fluency. + Provides guidance and support to team members in removing barriers and fostering an environment where all feel valued and included.
