Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of Residential/commercial field experience
• CFC, EPA and NATE certified preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean neat appearance, positive attitude and demeanor
• Ability to adapt, be flexible and thrive in a fast paced environment
• Efficiency in working with sheet metal and duct-work
• Vocational school degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities:

• Complete quality HVAC installation jobs on or below budgeted labor hours
• Educate clients on equipment or systems operation, available programs and ensure complete client satisfaction
• Follow company procedures to improve sales and installation in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness on all jobsites, company vehicles and any assigned areas
• Assist warehouse person as requested with pulling jobs and parts
• Own the necessary tools and/or equipment required to complete installations
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable by company insurance carrier
• Process and complete all paperwork on a daily basis
• Be safety conscience on the jobsite, in the company vehicles and in the warehouse
• Obtain CFC, EPA, NATE and safety certifications
