GREETER
Job Summary: Under the general direction of the supervisor, the Greeter is responsible for meeting clients in a very personable manner, greeting guests politely, directing them to the proper office, and providing assistance to the administration as needed.

Education and Experience: A high school or equivalent is required.
Knowledge of: Telephone systems and proper greeting protocol, computer operation, record keeping procedures, word processing, and excel spreadsheets.
Skill in: Excellent verbal and written communication, aware of and present appropriate/welcoming body language, presenting a personable and pleasant demeanor both on the phone and in person.
Ability to: Communicate to a variety of audience in a clear, concise, and effective manner. Take accurate notes/messages, manage time effectively. work well with others, work independently, establish and set work priorities, and finish jobs on a timely basis.
Physical demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to use hands, handle objects, keyboards or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand and sit. The employee is required to walk, stoop, kneel, talk, and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is required to walk outside in heat, rain, and snow.
