Job Description
As an Engineer Technician I, you will provide support to engineers on technical projects and products in an entry-level position where you'll be learning job skills and becoming familiar with company policies. This role is responsible for collecting, maintaining, organizing, compiling, and manipulating technical data while supporting the production team in developing acoustic device countermeasures. Your work will be performed primarily in a production lab facility rather than in a traditional office environment. You'll support production deliverables for customers through testing, inspection, and quality assurance activities on incoming parts and components. This position offers excellent opportunities for growth and development within the engineering team. The ideal candidate brings IPC 610 certification, experience with production/inspection tools and equipment, and is ready to learn in a hands-on technical environment supporting critical defense programs.
