Elite Advisor Network (EAN) + Legacy are seeking a strategic, growth-minded leader to oversee and scale our two flagship podcasts: Becoming an Elite Financial Advisor and InvestBetter with Sten Morgan . This role is perfect for someone who excels at content strategy, optimizing audience growth, and driving consistent execution across guest outreach, production timelines, and performance metrics.

Elite Advisor Network helps financial advisors grow a business they’re proud of through coaching, resources, and community.

Podcast Strategy & Execution

• Own weekly production calendars for two podcasts with zero missed deadlines
• Coordinate 8 dynamic, strategic guests per month (4 per podcast)
• Manage interview scheduling, guest prep, and ensure smooth recordings
• Oversee post-production: review/edit audio, transcribe, and upload final assets
• Collaborate with marketing to generate promotional clips, headlines, and descriptions

Growth & Sponsorship

• Track analytics and identify growth optimization opportunities
• Maintain strong quality control over tone, audio, and brand alignment
• Evaluate and secure sponsorships that align with brand and audience goals

• Are highly organized and thrive on hitting deadlines
• Communicate well with internal teams and high-level guests
• Have editorial instincts and a strong eye for detail
• Are comfortable with podcast tools (e.g., Riverside, Descript, Libsyn, GarageBand)
• Have experience (or quick learning ability) with marketing workflows

• 2+ years in podcast production, media, or content marketing
• Demonstrated success in audience growth or content execution
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills
• Bonus: social media or digital marketing experience

• Salary range: $60,000–$70,000 based on experience
• Bonus potential tied to episode delivery and audience growth

• 30–50% audience growth over a 90-day period
• Promotional content delivered 2 weeks before release to allow SM teasers
• Strategic guest bookings aligned to each show’s mission
• Clear calls to action in each episode
