This role requires living in Austin, TX. We work on a hybrid schedule (in-office Tuesday - Thursday, remote Mondays & Fridays plus many half days off as noted below). 

The Role: This role partners with a Talent Manager in a fast-paced environment. This role is for you if you are obsessively organized, manage time efficiently and love to multi-task projects.. In this role, you’ll be building relationships with the world’s leading influencer talent and helping them to grow their platforms, audience and brand partnerships. 

Responsibilities:

• Project manage and execute partnerships with talent from post-contract phase through campaign completion, including scheduling calls/shoot dates, coordinating content calendars, overseeing shipments and arranging preview and live dates
• Update decks, presentations, and case studies
• Attend meetings and brainstorms, in which create organized notes & follow ups
• Track and organize contracts
• Maintain social calendars for the talent as well as firm
• Attend events/set visits with talent as needed
• Create/assist in the development of monthly newsletters highlighting important firm updates
• Work with the talent to innovate and enhance their engagement performance, by staying on top of current trends, social media updates, etc.
• Create casting documents of potential talent that fits each client’s specific brand and objectives
• Oversee and approve measurable recaps and reports to demonstrate campaign performance to clients
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Managers and their talent roster including calendar coordination and managing call sheets/notes
• Arrange and coordinate travel for Talent Managers and/or their talent as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ years of influencer marketing is preferred to be considered for this position
• Be a scrappy, successful self-starter with at least a few years of relevant professional experience and interest
• Knowledge of influencers & social media landscape
• Know how to approach problem-solving with outside-the-box solutions, and be willing to take on a diverse range of assignments and creative projects
