Title: Completions Manager

Location: Houston, TX

Duration: Long term contract

Pay Range: $75 - $90/hr

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in developing and executing the completions strategy and system turnover plan.
• Enter and maintain data in the completions database (e.g., turnover management software); quickly gain proficiency with internal systems.
• Organize and support walkdowns with construction, QA/QC, commissioning, and client personnel.
• Identify, document, and track punch list items, and drive resolution with field teams.
• Manage and compile turnover packages, including all required documentation (e.g., check sheets, test reports, redlines, certifications).
• Interface with QA/QC and construction teams to monitor field readiness and support punch item closure.
• Support progress tracking and reporting for turnover milestones.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date system and subsystem statuses.

• QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4–8 years of experience in completions, turnover, commissioning, or quality roles on industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to learn and operate completions/turnover database systems efficiently
• Strong understanding of walkdowns, punch listing, and documentation requirements.
• Familiarity with construction drawings and turnover processes (P&IDs, system boundaries, test records, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities across multiple disciplines.
• Willingness to mobilize to remote project sites as required.

• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with commissioning support or QA/QC coordination.
• Knowledge of system completion processes in oil & gas, power, or process facilities.
