✔ 3+ years in warehouse admin, dispatch, or logistics ( dispatch exp required ).
✔ Tech-savvy: Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook ; familiarity with Omnitracs/Kronos a plus .
✔ Problem-solving agility : Balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Customer-service grit : Calm under pressure, with stellar phone/email skills.
✔ High school diploma/GED (additional education a bonus).
