Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in legal matters within your practice area.
• Draft and review contracts, motions, pleadings, and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and present strategic counsel to clients.
• Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with legal teams and manage caseloads independently.
• Ensure compliance with legal ethics and professional standards.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Missouri, Kansas, or Illinois Bar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience handling cases or matters relevant to your practice area.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Courtroom, negotiation, or transactional experience preferred, depending on role.

Compensation:

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, firm size, and area of practice. Salary ranges typically fall within:

• $90,000 - $115,000
• $115,000 - $130,000
• $130,000 - $150,000
• $150,000 - $200,000+
