✅ Must Haves
  • 1+ year in residential real estate (licensed CA agent, must transfer license).
  • You love people and have a passion for building long-term relationships.
  • Based in San Diego County with reliable transportation for frequent property visits.
  • Reliable laptop, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace.
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and confident in negotiating.

  • Own your acquisition pipeline - prospect for on and off-market projects and build agent partnerships.
  • Walk properties, analyze potential, and collaborate on offers with underwriting.
  • Negotiate and close deals with confidence and professionalism.
  • Deliver WOW-level service and follow up relentlessly with leads and partners.
  • Keep CRM and pipeline organized and work closely with internal teams.
